While continuing to support aspiring nurse aides with these essential services, we have expanded to become a trusted provider of high-quality, career-advancing healthcare courses for a wide range of frontline healthcare professionals.

Founder & CEO

Vicky founded FACETS Healthcare Training in 2008, bringing over 38 years of nursing experience to create a platform committed to delivering high-quality healthcare courses and training resources. As a Certified Nurse Educator and Registered Nurse, she has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospital care, hospice, nursing education, and nurse assistant training. Driven by a passion for empowering students—particularly those overcoming significant life challenges—Vicky leads with empathy, encouragement, and real-world insight. Her message to learners is simple yet powerful: “If I can do it, so can you!”
